Add *.a to .gitignore

Made a mistake to add a .a file while switching from 043 and master into a branch.

I think adding *.a to .gitignore should be a reasonable idea since these files are always generated in our build system.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
