Step one, she makes a trac account for herself. Go to trac, click on register, do the things.

Then when there's a username, step two is to find a trac admin on irc (e.g. me) and we can add her to GRP_user or GRP_devel or whatever depending on which capabilities she needs.

Component: Internal Services/Tor Sysadmin Team to Internal Services/Service - trac

There is now a trac account, and I put it into GRP_user. We can put it into other groups as needed, if there turn out to be things that Charly still can't do. Thanks!
