This is where we should discuss a general support plan for the Torouter through its development phase

We will setup an email address for the Torouter users we send a device. It will be a mailing list that is unrelated to other Tor mailing lists.

Users with questions about the Torouter will be welcome on this list as will all other people. The list will be created entirely for the Torouter users benefit.

All other support may happen via IRC and private email is discouraged.

If the hardware breaks, we'd like the user to send it back to us but otherwise the devices are generally unsupported from a user technical support point of view.

We assume that selected users will be technically able to make the router do new things and if they choose to do so, they'll be responsible for unbreaking their own device.
