Description

< Sebastian> Runa: a few of our German files start with a BOM. Does Transifex allow an option to never ever put one? Why would some of them have one and others not?
< Sebastian> Runa: these files are affected: ./donate/de/sidenav.wmi ./getinvolved/de/sidenav.wmi ./include/de/navigation.wmi ./press/de/info.wmi ./press/de/sidenav.wmi ./projects/de/sidenav.wmi ./torbutton/de/sidenav.wmi

How are you seeing this character? The problem here is not Transifex (we do not have any .wmi files on Transifex), but translators using fancy editors, character sets and formats.
