I tried to use the Tor- package and all seemed to work as normal but...
I was unable to connect to .onion sites.

At first i thought i did something wrong but after degrading to with unaltered config i was able to.

If you can try, let me know if .onion works. I could never replicate the issue with on win32.

Im afraid i cant try yet, because i cant compile myself and cant find any precompiled one for windows.
When you checked this, did you compile your own win32 version or did you use the one thats on the download page?

Because i used the precompiled one on the download page together with privoxy v3.0.5
And i got an error stating along the lines of the domain name could not be resolved IIRC.

The bundled vidalia-privoxy-tor isn't available yet, however just the latest tor-privoxy is available at

flyspray2trac: bug closed.
Apparently, fixed, or irreproducible. Please re-open if this comes back.
