Description

I tried to use the Tor-0.1.2.2-alpha-win32 package and all seemed to work as normal but...
I was unable to connect to .onion sites.

At first i thought i did something wrong but after degrading to 0.1.1.24 with unaltered config i was able to.

If you can try 0.1.2.3-alpha, let me know if .onion works. I could never replicate the issue with 0.1.2.2-alpha on win32.

Im afraid i cant try 0.1.2.3-alpha yet, because i cant compile myself and cant find any precompiled one for windows.
When you checked this, did you compile your own win32 version or did you use the one thats on the download page?

Because i used the precompiled one on the download page together with privoxy v3.0.5
And i got an error stating along the lines of the domain name could not be resolved IIRC.

The bundled vidalia-privoxy-tor 0.1.1.23 isn't available yet, however just the latest tor-privoxy is available at
http://tor.eff.org/dist/win32/tor-0.1.2.3-alpha-win32.exe
