tor browser bundle x86 1.0.20-dev contains out of date http-everywhere

On start-up of the new tor browser bundle for OS X, firefox 3.6.18 (5.0 is released, btw) prompts to update HTTPS Everywhere from 0.9.9dev6 to 1.0.0dev4.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

TBB 2.2.x-alpha should be stable by end of summer. It will have the latest https-everywhere.
