Description

katmagic reports that Tor (current master branch, with the isolated-streams code merged) creates many more circuits than it should (about 20 circuits, for about five streams).

See bug3632-debug ( git://git.torproject.org/rransom/tor.git bug3632-debug ) for a branch to add isolation-related information to STREAM control-port events, which may help us determine whether there is an actual bug here. This branch is based on my feature2411-v3 branch (see #2411), so we can't merge it yet, but we should probably merge something based on this branch someday.
