Consistent daily crash on Mac OS X 10.7 / Lion

Tor was stable on OS X 10.6, but after migrating to a new (clean install) of 10.7 / Lion tor dies daily. The log only goes back two days, interestingly both crashes were around 4:30 in the morning.

Vidalia continues to run, and its log shows the error as:

Error: lib event call with queue failed: Bad file descriptor [9]

I don't know where other relevant information is located. All the paths that are in the preferences exist (i.e. the ~/.tor/, the /users/<account>/library/vidalia/ both have files in them).

This is a fresh install with the latest stable mac intel vidalia bundle:

How does it fare with the 0.2.2 vidalia bundle, now that 0.2.2.x is stable?

My first thought is that the libevent on your os x, or the kqueue implementation on your os x, is broken and would need to be disabled. But maybe the newer libevent in the 0.2.2 bundles just solves it?
