Release Torbutton 1.4.1

We need to make a stable release of Torbutton so that TBB can pick up the New Identity feature and the controlport + socksport stuff.

Given the new leeway mentioned in #3828 (closed), are you still blocking on #3555 (moved) for this? If not, what other blockers exist?

I want to get the TorBrowserBundle 2.2.x-stable TBBs out by tomorrow and I'm not sure how #3828 (closed) influences the likelihood of having a release by then.

I'm going to make all of the updates for the prefs.js bugs now, either way. But please let me know so we can work out a plan.

No, we can skip #3555 (moved). I am going to start the transifex commands as soon as I do some errands. They take between 1-4 hours, depending on how closely I watch them. Will keep you posted.

Ok this is done. 1.4.1 should be up, modulo mirror updates. Also note that I did not have permissions to update torbutton-current.xpi{,.asc}. But I believe torbutton-1.4.1.xpi{,.asc} should be up.

I'm not sure what you need to do with the permissions, but the file is not readable by the web server. I was able to get a copy off to make the TBBs, but please fix it when you see this.
