Description

Please consider providing a way to identify rules that are enabled by default but disabled locally, or disabled by default but enabled locally. Currently, neither does the rules list in the preferences offer such an option, nor are such rules identifiable in about:config (since it lists preferences for every rule as locally changed).

Patches for this issue would be welcome. Perhaps a good way to implement this would be to change the ruleset.active property from a bool to an integer, use 0 and 1 as expected, but 2 to indicate "default".

There is a proposed patch available here:

This still needs review, and it also can't be merged into master until our translation string freeze has ended (ie, it can land in 3.0development).
