TorExample.py parameters do not work as advertised

Description

The documentation for TorExample.py (in https://tor-svn.freehaven.net/svn/torctl/trunk/python) includes the help text:
"TorExample.py <parameters> <command list>" but it actually expects "TorExample.py <command>", where each command
is of the form <command name> <global parameters> <command parameters>".

For example:

$ python TorExample.py --host=localhost:9051 listen INFO
Unrecognized command: host=localhost:9051
...

$ python TorExample.py listen --host localhost:9051 INFO
INFO circuit_predict_and_launch_new(): Have 5 clean circs (2 internal), need another exit circ.
...

Either the code should be made consistent with the document or vice versa.

Can you make a judgement call about which way to fix it, and write us a patch
(diff -u) for the solution? I'll apply it then. Thanks!
