this does not work with torbutton 1.4.3 also

Are you using Torbutton in your own browser? If so, exactly which browser? What other extensions do you have installed?

Try using the Tor Browser Bundle too -- that's the more supported version of Torbutton at this point.

i have a windows 7 and an XP. the browsers are the same firefox 3.6.22.
it works in windows 7 , but not xp.
i use the same tor bundle in both os.
