Build + test Firefox 7

Firefox 7 is out. Need to make a test build to ensure the patches still apply and appear to work.

Hit a conflict with our ghetto plugin blocker, but it was easy to fix. mikeperry/firefox7-rebase has the new patch set. The patched Firefox 7 builds and works on Linux.
