'Network Map' relay list should support microdescriptors

List of all connected relays, flags of countries and status of relays are missing in left field in Tor Netwok Map window.

The UseMicrodescriptors Tor configuration option was turned on by default in Tor 0.2.3.3-alpha. The relay list in Vidalia's ‘Network Map’ doesn't support microdescriptors yet, and it should.

I agree. Step one (on the Tor side) is to do #3832 (moved).

This was just implemented yesterday, it needs a bit more cleanup, but I'll backport it to stable soon.

What's the ETA for 0.2.3.x stable?

I've merged the microdescriptor support for both alpha and master. It'll be out with 0.2.18 and 0.3.2.
