Spam on RT - anything we can do?

Description

With public email addresses comes lots of spam, and help@… is no exception. Do we have a spam filter, such as SpamAssassin, on the server? If yes, is there anything else we can do?

I have already created a queue called spam that we can move these tickets to. I'll purge that queue every now and then.

Maybe stuff gets filtered now. Hard to tell with next to no spam coming in.

Did you check in RT or somewhere else? We've started to set spam tickets as 'rejected', so you won't see the tickets on the dashboard anymore. That said, we have received less spam in the last week than we did during the first week, so maybe things are getting better.

Yup, and there are a total of 21 tickets in 10 days :)
