Description

Find a way to make RT email the owner when a ticket is updated.

I added two scripts:

  1. On correspond notify owner
  2. On reopen notify owner

I wonder if there's a way to turn this off on a per-user-level, or if I should just filter email in Gmail like I do with everything else.
