Please review branch bug4748 in my public repository. Is it grammatical? Comprehensible? Accurate?

The sentence which begins with “Other options can be specified either” doesn't It should also mention that config-file options need not be prefixed with “--” on the command line.

I would write “after a # character” (instead of “an”). I would also put the “#” at the end of the preceding line, just in case asciidoc (or other programs, e.g. Emacs's M-q) treats it specially at the beginning of a line.

Done and merged; thanks for reviewing!

(I tested the # thing and I thought it had worked, but just because my version of asciidoc works properly is no indication that anybody else's version of asciidoc isn't broken. I used an "an" because for some reason I was thinking of it as an octothorpe, though I recognize for many people it's a pound sign or a hash, and for me it's usually a number sign, or a sharp if I'm doing scheme.)
