Allow non-admin users to install OS-X

Most applications allow the option to install for current user or all users. I only install applications
as a non-admin user for security reasons. Would it be possible to all non-admin users to install vidalia?

In theory, vidalia will work fine in ~/Applications. There's no reason it has to be in /Applications as far as I can tell.

This will make the installer need to ask where you want it, or let a user customize the install.

I've started to look at this request. It appears to be a bit of work. One problem becomes if multiple users install
the bundle into their homedir. Whichever user starts Tor first, wins the acquisition of port 9050 and 9051. The second
user to start Tor merely sees Tor crash with a failure to bind to port error. This is a tricky problem to solve.

However, for single user installations, changing the path means a bit of updates to the various OSX installer files. I'll
tackle these changes soon.

I have a test package almost ready. It will allow you to simply drag and drop Vidalia and Tor anywhere on the system.
