Description

People keep pretending that messages like the following are worth reporting to us or complaining about:

Feb 10 06:24:02.265 [Notice] We're missing a certificate from authority with signing key 499D7CE5A1356045D629F43271EBF600D6F2CC9C: launching request.

Make it stop. Please.

I agree. I think this is a fix that can go into 0.2.2 also.

Those messages are useful for us when people are failing to bootstrap, but not actually useful enough to warrant the confusion they're creating.

Fixed in c8b855082bdb4ea5f9006e6ce5ce673509643a5c.

Lesson learned: notices should never look like they are describing a reportable problem, since people ignore the part that says "notice" and not "warning".
