While the directory does not accept the descriptor, I think tor shouldn't even publish it. Same goes for 127.0.0.1, which the 'foobar' router had the other day.

flyspray2trac: bug closed.
Dirservers now refuse descriptors from nodes with private IPs. As has always been the case, routers only publish with private IPs if the operator explicitly sets Address to the IP.
