Yes this bug was also noticed by asn, I am not sure exactly why this is happening, I will look into it.

Ah ha! This happens because the uptime is calculated client side and it does not adjust to the time zone in which the onionoo machine is running in.

When Torbutton gets around to lying about its timezone (perhaps it already does), will this be a problem here?

It will not be a problem, since TorButton already uses UTC as it's timezone. When the conversion to UTC is done on the client side by Atlas it will just return the current "browser time".

I have tested this in the current version of TBB.
