Description

Today i've noticed what my (outdated) Browser bundle displayed a popup window inviting me to use some of their offers. This is a) highly intrusive b) probably breaks a whole privacy thing.

I suggest to remove it completely from Browser bundle mainline.

The Decentralized Observatory should not be a privacy threat to Tor bundle users, although it may wind up being removed from the Browser bundle anyway.  The design document and privacy analysis is here:

The bug discussing possibly disabling the popup in the bundle is #5300.
