Missing specification for bridges

The closest to a specification of the behaviour of bridges and bridge authorities that I can find in torspec is proposal 125. There used to be a bridges-spec.txt.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

Look in spec/attic/

I think nickm moved it there since it isn't really a spec so much as (possibly outdated) documentation.
