www.tpo/download/download-easy does not link to signatures for non-Windows TBBs

added component::webpages/website owner::jmtodaro priority::medium resolution::duplicate status::closed type::defect labels

frankly, i want to get rid of the direct links to binaries and have it link to the right section for each OS. this will also solve the problem of lag of signatures.
