Description

https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-hidden-service.html.en#one now refers to 5222 as "the port you picked above", but r25605 removed the paragraphs explaining how to set up a webserver.

We need to fix it somehow relative to how it is now. I can't tell if the original deletion was an oversight or intentional.

Shall I put the paragraphs back? Or shall I change it to say "we won't tell you how to set up a webserver because it's hard so figure it out yourself"?

(We just had a user on irc get confused by the 'new' instructions.)

I removed the last vestiges of the archaic setup instructions. Both packages suggested were remotely exploitable and haven't been updated in 9 years. People should setup whatever {webserver|irc|xmpp|generic} server they want to set up. We shouldn't be trying to support their webserver configuration and providing help to do it. If they cannot setup a webserver, then they should find someone who can or find a hosting service for their content.
