Description

I can not access the Vidalia Control Panel, when trying to boot is frozen and unresponsive. My operating system is Windows XP SP3

Which version, what operating system, what were you doing right before it froze?

We know you are using XP sp3, but we don't know what version of Vidalia you're running. It also looks like you were running Firefox (maybe with TorButton). Do you experience a similar problem with you use the Tor Browser Bundle?

(I'll assume user disappeared if we don't hear back in a few days).
