Build Qt from source on Windows
Sebastian tells us we want to build Qt from source but that it has not been succesful. This ticket will track our progress.

cough Not much tracking occured here, but oh well. Current status is that we're almost done with a working branch.
Waiting for the bump to Vidalia 0.2.19, which makes our lives easier by removing the openssl dependency.
Vidalia has been bumped to 0.2.19.
Created branch bug5746 in my repo which implements build-qt as well as build Vidalia statically. It also removes the dependencies to the MinGW DLLs.

No Vidalia (which depends qt) bundled anymore. No need to build qt from source on Windows. Closing.
