A user really wants you to call and help him/her with using Tor on OS

  1. I have tried sending the short manual, links to videos, and explain in text what he/she should do, but we're not having any luck. See RT #2842 for more information.

Why is this a Trac ticket?

Because phobos asked me to create a ticket whenever someone emailed help@… asking for support on the phone.

actually, i left it up to runa how she wanted to contact me. If she wants to use trac,that's fine with me.

please do not start using the bug tracker for stuff like user support calls. Keeping up with it is nigh impossible as it is, and any more stuff that causes mail to get sent to everyone for stuff that affects exactly one person is crazy
