Create a new VM for Win7

From #5702 (closed), create a new VM with 200GB of /srv for win7 and builds.

I can setup a new VM today and attempt to install Win7 on it. My success via vnc has been limited so far.

We'll need to shut down the current win7 VM due to Microsoft activation pretty quickly after the new VM is up.

Can I purge these hosts?

Is the goal now to have 2 win7 vm's for builds? I thought the goal was to swap one for the other.

There are two goals, afaiu the situation:

The first goal is to set up a new build VM from scratch, documenting every tiny step along the way, to have a document similar to https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbrowser.git/blob/master:/docs/buildmachine_setups/osx.txt except for windows. That will give us more confidence and also make mike a happier person.

The second goal is to have one machine (the new one) for building, and nothing else, while the other machine is used for testing (first manual, and then also automatic) and can be a little bit more exposed.

Could you use amazon ec2 instances for the testing and experimentation setup?

I also asked Erinn if it needs to build other bundles as well, which requires extra setup. Did not get that one answered, so I'll re-ask in another mail.

I'm not sure how Erinn wants this set-up. I think it's best if we keep them both side-by-side until the new one is fully configured to build all bundles, by any given user.

how much disk space and RAM do you need?

200gb and the more RAM as is in the current VM if it would help.The builds go awfully slow but I think last we discussed it seemed that it was more of a disk i/o problem. That said, I'd like to try more -- is it easy to change later too?
