Torbutton fails if IPv6 is preferred

Description

The default for Torbutton is to set the HTTP proxy option to be localhost:8118. Privoxy, by default binds to 127.0.0.1:8118.

If Firefox is set to prefer IPv6, it will resolve localhost to ::1 and fail to connect to Privoxy.

Is there any reason not to use 127.0.0.1 as the default IP address for connecting to Tor and Privoxy/Polipo?

This problem has been encountered by at least one Tor user:
14:24 < sjmurdoch> Try, rather than localhost, 127.0.0.1 as the proxy address
...
14:25 < envy> that works, thank you so much
...
14:30 < envy> commenting out the ::1 entry now allows Tor to work properly with TorButton (localhost in proxy settings)

Ok, fixed in r14027. Lets hope that some people don't have the other problem: only a ::1 interface and no 127.0.0.1 :)
