Continued Tor bridge scanning
We scanned some bridges as part of a deliverable for Sponsor F. We want to continue with reachability tests, but need to come up with a plan for how to do so (and perhaps get more/better results than we did for Sponsor F). Below is a comment asn wrote in #5028 (closed):
I would say that we are also still interested in having access to machines in various censored countries, so that we can easily test if specific bridges and pluggable transports are blocked, and whether they are doing DPI or Active Scanning. We currently have some sort of access in some such countries, but we don't have any good and fast backup plans if they get blocked.
