Description

In the Torbutton FAQ, you suggested it yourself among other extensions. HTTPS Everywhere and NoScript are already included, but Adblock is still missing. My Reasoning why Adblock should be included, rather than any of the other extensions you mentioned:

RefControl & Request Policy - Although useful, quite complicated to handle for neophytes and with NoScript already present, there's little need for it

SafeCache, BetterPrivacy & Cookie Culler - Redundant as Torbrowser doesn't store data permanently (afaik)

I don't think i need to explain why allowing ads can be dangerous and I'm not sure NoScript is enough to take care of that. Because of this (and the fact that ads are annoying), i propose Adblock Plus to be included in future versions as well as its extension Element Hiding Helper as it allows blocking ads and ad-frames easily even to people who are new to the subject.

Actually, you do have to explain why ads are dangerous. That's because Torbutton is the past. Tor Browser is the future. You're living in the past, man. Try living in the future. It's way nicer out here.

If we meet our goals, we don't need an ad blocker:

Also, I don't mean to be rude. Nothing stops you from installing one if you wish. You might take a fingerprinting hit, but then again, you probably have some company.
