TorBirdy needs a website with documentation, download, etc.

Best, if it were hosted on torproject.org.

I think it's fine to go with the wiki for now, given other projects are hosted in a similar way. Plus, we have benefited from the TorBirdy wiki because others have contributed, so let that be its website.
