This should now be fixed. It was a problem with Onionoo, the back-end. Please re-open if it's not.

It doesn't work for me either, re-opening ticket. I'm the operator of TOR relays "vks24784" and "vks24949" and while http://torstatus.all.de/ and https://metrics.torproject.org/ show the relays, https://atlas.torproject.org/ does not. I can see other randomly selected relays though without problem (but my own). Even the direct onionoo links at https://onionoo.torproject.org/details?search=vks24784 respectively https://onionoo.torproject.org/details?search=vks24949 work.

Fixed. The issue was that your relays are not listed in Maxmind's GeoIP database from February (one of the last versions we have that didn't go crazy with marking all Tor relays as coming from their "A1" anonymous proxy country). Atlas didn't know how to process a relay without country code and failed in a bad state. You should now be able to look up your relays in Atlas.

By the way, the issue was unrelated to the other issue in this ticket. If something doesn't work, feel free to open a new ticket rather than re-opening an existing ticket. Thanks for reporting the problem.

Closing.
