Description

I have been unable to build tor on NetBSD5.1_Stable i386 for a few days.

Error Summary:
test_util.c: In function 'test_util_sscanf':
test_util.c:1623: warning: this decimal constant is unsigned only in ISO C90
test_util.c:1647: error: expected ';' before 'do'
* Error code 1

This is the latest version of tor from git ...

Uh...ok...I have grown lazy...
I actually looked at the code...did not dig deep on the warning, but...

On the error, looks like line 1647 just needs a semicolon ; to delimit it and we compile fine...
