Description

Atlas' details page could show a single graph and six buttons for 3 days, 1 week, etc. This task is related to adding more graphs (#5755) to Onionoo and then to Atlas. Once we have different graph types, we'll want to have room for them.

We could use Bootstrap's Tabs or Pills for the buttons here. However, when I last tried implementing that, I ran into problems with the added # anchors on the page, because Atlas uses the URL part after # to locally decide which relay documents to fetch.

I just deployed an updated Atlas version that uses D3.js for making graphs instead of flot. The main reason for the switch is to gain experience with D3.js and see if it's flexible enough for use on the metrics website.

I'd appreciate some feedback. How do the new Atlas graphs look/feel?

(Known issues are that legend and lines may overlap, and that tool tips take a second to show up. Known fixes are that the "Save Graph" links finally save the whole graph.)

I'm unable to do any non-trivial JavaScript development, sorry.
