Which fields? Options Dialog? Do you mean the proxy preference fields? This doesn't seem to happen for me..

Strange... I can't seem to replicate it in a virtual machine, even with all the settings set to match.

In a nutshell, any fields in the options dialog of Torbutton were made to have no values, and some fields and labels outside of Torbutton (e.x. some other extension options, message boxes, et cetera) disappear as well; turning on Torbutton is the trigger. For reference, I'm going to attach a screenshot.

Though, it's still happening in the copy I have, and the only way I've been able to replicate it was to just replace all the program/profile files on one computer with those files of the malfunctioning copy.

I'll wait until you choose how we should proceed.

Could be an interaction issue.. Did you try installing every extension onto the VM that is installed in the profile of the broken copy?

After combing through each file one by one, I think I've found the culprit.

For a reason beyond my understanding, installing the official BitTorrent client
adds a file called "npbittorrent.dll" to the plugins folder. If this is present,
Torbutton chokes up as described above. If this is NOT present, everything works
fine.

Sorry I let this one slip by. Are you still there? What is the 'Official' bittorrent client? Do you have a URL?
