Description

When I start the alpha TBB, everything works, but when I click 'view the network', there are no relay names in the relay column on the left, and no relay details in the 'circuit details' box on the right.

If I click refresh they get populated. Also, if I restart TBB with cached directory info, they get populated.

I can confirm this too with:

This has to do with when Vidalia asks for the router list. It seems it doing it too soon, or may be tor is taking a bit longer to fetch the consensus, not sure. But either way, I've modified it so it waits one second between retries if the ns/all command returned an empty list.

The fix is in my branch chiiph/bug6482-3_loadnetwork. It has been merged and it will be out with 0.2.21.
