vidalia 2.2.37-2 control panel hangs at start up on Win XP SP3.

“2.2.37-2” is a TBB version number; putting this in the bundle-bug component. Possibly related to #6615 (closed) (but note that that ticket claims to be for Vidalia 0.3.x).
