Allow emails from @outlook.com users
Microsoft decided to reinvent Hotmail as Outlook, so new users will have @outlook.com addresses. We should allow these users to request bridges and bundles via email.

Did someone test whether their attachment size is large enough to handle our packages? A quick search tells me its 10MB, which is way too low. Did someone test it?
It has not been tested, but the Internet says that you have 300MB/200MB for attachments if uploaded from your Outlook.com/elsewhere. I can't imagine it would be only 10MB when receiving emails with attachments. Someone should test it.
Outlook doesn't support DKIM, so we cannot allow it. Other than that, it does support 25 MB attachments.
Outlook is now supported for GetTor.

By this, you mean "Outlook is now supported for GetTor"?
Now that I see the ticket, it says bridges also. But I meant it just for GetTor as that is the component it is under and what I assumed.
