Make AS number clickable when grouping by AS

When grouping by AS -- if the AS number is clicked, the list of relays under this AS should be shown.

I like the idea.

But it's only the beginning of adding all sorts of navigation links between results. For example, would you want to add the same link to AS numbers in results that are not grouped by AS? Will there be a link to remove the filter by AS number? What about similar links for countries? This is going to grow quickly, and we'll want to have some sort of concept before starting to add links, IMHO.

How about we build #6618 first? Once we have that, users can simply copy-and-paste the AS number into the form and update results.

The metrics team has put a goal of shutting down Compass in its roadmap and merging functionality with Relay Search (previously known as Atlas). This ticket is specific to Compass and as development on Compass has ceased, I am marking this ticket as wontfix.
