Displaying CW, guard, middle & exit probabilities in percent makes sense.
I think the 'Advertised Bandwidth' column would be clearer when showing the bandwidth in byte/s (in addition).
Advertised Bandwidth column for chaoscomputerclub18 would then look like:
31.54 MB/s (0.9688%)

If we're short on space, we could drop the middle probability column. (I left that one out of Atlas' graphs, too, because it's not as meaningful as guard and exit probability.)
Sathya, what do you think? The byte value is available in field advertised_bandwidth along with the percent value in advertised_bandwidth_fraction. So, from an implementation POV, this one is easy.

I bet we'll be short on space. +1 for dropping middle probability column.

Yep. I like this. Assigning it to me. In case you want to hack on it, feel free to reassign :)

PS. Outside of the arm and stem components I don't routinely read tickets. The cc field isn't a very good way of getting my attention since I get emailed for all tickets anyway. Please ping me via email or irc when you want me to look at a ticket. :)
Oh, this ticket has become invalid over the years. Onionoo's protocol version 2.1 "Removed optional "advertised_bandwidth_fraction" field from details documents and optional "advertised_bandwidth" and "advertised_bandwidth_fraction" fields from weights documents on November 16, 2014." Closing as, hmm, invalid.
