Description
A couple of people have reported that when HTTPS Everywhere is enabled, many or all books cease to be readable with Amazon's look inside the book feature. This is due to the Cloudfront ruleset.

This is fixed in 2.2.3 stable (although not in Firefox development releases, yet)

One example of the requests that are failing, when trying to look inside this book:
http://www.amazon.com/Essentials-Economic-Applied-Problems-Industry/dp/B008HABLS0/
Is that requests like this one:
https://d1b14unh5d6w7g.cloudfront.net/1112007202.01.S00G.LXXXXXXX.jpg?Expires=1347779229&Signature=aY4sGsYL94x8M3yR+0F90mjmm9xAlF6v/RtGL2IgM6ZST8d5oSJqTr/GKAUZbRdJy1srj69zR2ez74/4/K0MOhbXYEPvs5OlEgODs628tk+zHChqPqJzNo9kX2+x44ttuQBQDOE2ug7kKdi6CiO6fGkZG3VYjjqryqy7eoez0uk=&Key-Pair-Id=APKAIUO27P366FGALUMQ
Are returning 403 forbidden errors.
For me, looking at two different books still seems to hit that same domain on cloudfront. If others can confirm the same thing, we could just exclude all of d1b14unh5d6w7g.cloudfront.net
