Add graph on bandwidth by major Tor version and bandwidth by recommended flag

It would be nice to have a graph similar to [1] but replacing the number of relays with overall traffic share.

example (numbers completely made up): 0.2.4 is handling 15% of the traffic 0.2.3 is handling 40% of the traffic ...

I agree. More generally, all relay graphs should be available for not just the number of relays, but for various definitions of advertised or actually contributed bandwidth. That's a non-trivial change to the underlying aggregation scripts, and I'm currently running low on developer time. I'm reducing priority to minor. It's definitely something we'll want to have, but it's unlikely to happen soon.

As a slight variation I would really like a "% of bandwidth served by relays running recommended version" graph as a tor network security measurement data point and patching progress overview.
