Improve 'Node Out of Date' Email
I think Vidalia's 'out dated version' warning is much better than the one in the Tor Weather Report emails, I would propose the following change.
currently sent out emails:

proposed version:
Subject: [Tor Weather] Relay <nickname> is running an outdated Tor version - please upgrade!
This is a Tor Weather Report.
Tor relay xxx (id: xxx, IP: xxx) is currently running version "xxx" of the Tor software,
which may no longer work with the current Tor network.
Please upgrade to the most recent version of the software,
which may contain important security, reliability and performance fixes.

Instead of always using
You can download the latest version of Tor at https://www.torproject.org/easy-download.html.
you could even use the OS from the platform string and give the best directions based on actually used OS.
