Bridget tries to setuid(1000) on Windows 7

If using the pluggable transports option to test bridges with PTs from Windows 7, Bridget tries to drop privileges by calling setuid(1000) which fails because Windows has UUIDs not GIDs/UIDs.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
