Tor Crash Dump on Windows (Unknown Cause)

Description

This applies to 0.2.0.27-rc.

I wasn't at the computer when this crash dump was generated, so I honestly couldn't say what caused it.

The only outbound Tor traffic this computer would be generating would be occasional SSL connections to
specific web servers, along with whatever traffic it's relaying.

.mdmp is attached; .hdmp is at http://home.comcast.net/~hantwister/hdmp1.7z

Currently, we have no way to read these dumps. Let us know if this happens again.

Most dumps can be sent and read by Microsoft using the Error Reporter, and Dr. Watson!
I have attached Dr.Watson. You can manually make dump files with it if it does not make one on its own!

Sorry, The one I just uploaded was for Window's Faults.
Download this next one to make manual dumps!

The real problem is none of the developers run windows. I loaded up the mdmp linked in my winxp test environment and
the details it contains don't help in debugging. I suppose if I was MSFT and had a debug build of the exact same
environment as the original reporter, it would help.

For what it's worth, 0.2.0.28-rc contains an updated libevent, which may solve some esoteric crashes of Tor.

Is this still happening with 0.2.0.32 or 0.2.1.7-alpha?
