This is probably an intance of #3190. Please take this up with Mozilla, we need https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=765934 fixed in order to resolve these extension incompatibility bugs.

In the mean time PrivacyChoice TrackerBlock could follow this advice if they wished to:

Same conflict exists between PrivacyChoice TrackerBlock and Versions 3.01 and 3.02 of Https everywhere.

Hi, we believe that a fix for this bug should hopefully now be in the mozilla central codebase. Is there any chance you could test this with today's Firefox 21 nightly build?

With the current nightly this bug is still present. CPU utilization goes to 100% and Firefox's memory usage seems to grow without bound.

However, I don't know of a specific reason that we think this is related to the request rewriting issue, so I'm removing the link to bug 3190.
