Microsoft Sysinternals partially broken

The url: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals using HTTPS everywhere 3.0.1 on FF 16.0.1 is broken. Appears all the CSS content is missing as only the raw text is displayed. Once HTTPS rule for Microsoft is disabled, the site content looks normal.
There is no HTTPS-E 3.0.1 to selection from the Version dropdown, FYI.
