I can add a few more JS Errors (on Gentoo Linux, but possibly the same bug):

Torbutton Exception in sandbox evaluation. Date hooks not applied:
TypeError: can't redefine non-configurable property 'innerWidth'

Torbutton Exception in sandbox evaluation. Date hooks not applied:
[Exception... "Illegal operation on WrappedNative prototype object" nsresult: "0x8057000c (NS_ERROR_XPC_BAD_OP_ON_WN_PROTO)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://torbutton/content/torbutton.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 4676" data: no]

User reports that disabling HTTPS-Everywhere 3.0.2 fixes the problem in XP but not 7.

Another user report with the same error message as reported by quazgar on which what looks like Windows 7 (RT #6370). "I just downloaded Tor Browser Bundle", so my wild guess is that it's the current TBB 2.3.25-1.

It's unlikely this is the same bug as the description, or the users have downgraded Torbutton for some reason. These codepaths are disabled in Torbutton 1.4.6.3 and Firefox 15/10.0.8 and above since fixing bug #5856.

If this is actually still a bug, we need better error message and version info.

User did a fresh install as opposed to overwriting the existing TBB and now it works. Sorry for the bother. :)
